BeAsport.com doesn't accept returns of the following items:

Items classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases (contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information)

1. Any product missing the serial number or UPC
2. Downloadable software products
3. Online subscriptions after they have been accessed
4. Gift cards (except as required by law)
5. Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards (contact a local authorized dealer or the carrier directly)
6. Prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.)
7. Some jewelry orders
8. Some health and personal care items
9. Grocery products
10. Prime Pantry products
11. Fresh flowers and live indoor plants
12. Open software
13. Items with special shipping restrictions imposed by the U.S. Department of Transportation (as indicated on the product detail page)
