Gift receipts allow gift recipients to return items for a gift card.

Send a gift receipt to your recipient:

1. Go to Your Orders.
2. Locate the item on the order and select Share gift receipt.
3. On the next screen, select Share gift receipt to generate a shareable link.
4. Send the link to the gift recipient, using your preferred channel (email, chat, SMS, etc.)

Return a gift using a gift receipt:

1. Visit the link sent to you from the gift giver.
2. On the About Your Gift page, select Return.
3. Select Return this gift.

Note:

• You can only create gift receipts within the eligible return window for the item.
• If the option to create a gift receipt is not available, the item is not eligible for a return.
