Simple vs Simple Plus?
Our Simple service is a hotel-grade turnover where a licensed professional will clean your listing and prepare it for the next guest. Hosts are responsible for providing stockpiled linens, esscentials and goods on-site.
Our Simple Plus is the same hotel-grade turnover where we’ll provide high quality luxury linens along with paper towels, toilet tissue and facial tissue during each service.
Linens? Why can’t you just wash my sheets?
Unfortunately, team members do not launder linens on-site. To save time for cleaners and money for host, we pre-package linens for each listing. Cleaners use the clean and bring back the dirty.
What’s the quality?
If quality is a concern, our linen service providers are top notch. We guarantee that the quality of the linens that we provide will be the same (or better) than those used in 4-star hotels.
Plus hosts will be able to take their weekends back, stop searching for those pesky laundry quarters, and say good riddance to makeup stains and overwashed sheets.
What are Deep Cleans?
Deep cleans are our deepest clean and they’re included with both services. Think nooks-and-crannies, inside cabinets, under the fridge and behind furniture type clean. With each Deep Clean we also provide a Deep Clean Report. This report documents the condition of the listing and sometimes provides host with a to-do list so that they can continue to give their guests a 5-star experience.
