First-time guests
You'll need a Turo account to book a car. If you don’t have one, sign up.
The first time you book a car, we’ll ask for some personal information. You only have to enter this information once, and the process takes just a few seconds. Turo users can’t share accounts, so be sure to enter your own information only. If you’re a young driver, you’ll want to read the details of our age requirements.
We’ll ask for:
- Driver’s license number and expiration date from a current license
- Home address
- Payment method
- A photo of yourself for your Turo profile picture
We may also ask for pictures of:
- Your driver’s license
- You holding your driver’s license next to your face
